1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CarKarma application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

CarKarma is a mobile application for tracking car expenses that allows you to:

• Track expenses for maintenance, fuel, and other categories
• Monitor mileage
• Receive service reminders
• Export data to PDF
• Synchronize data via cloud (optional)

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You MAY NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to access the source code
• Use the App for illegal purposes

4. User Account

Registration

• You can sign in via Google or Sign in with Apple
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information

Responsibility

• You are responsible for all actions in your account
• Report any unauthorized access immediately

5. User Data

Your Data

• All expense data belongs to you
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We do not claim ownership of your data

Our Responsibility

• We make every effort to protect your data
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures
• We recommend regular backups

6. Limitation of Liability

App Provided "As Is"

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App
• We are not responsible for:
  • Data loss
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Calculation errors

Financial Information

• The App is for expense tracking only
• We do not provide financial advice
• You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data

7. Notifications

Push Notifications

• The App may send service reminders
• You can disable notifications in settings
• We are not responsible for missed reminders

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Change App functionality
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
• Discontinue App support with 30 days notice

9. Termination

You Can:

• Delete the App at any time
• Delete your account through settings

We Can:

• Block access for terms violations
• Delete inactive accounts (more than 2 years)

10. Intellectual Property

Copyright

• All rights to the App belong to CarKarma developers
• Logo, design, and code are protected by copyright
• Copying without permission is prohibited

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is registered.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.

By continuing to use the App after changes, you agree to the new terms.
